When? Once a week in the school year 2021/22 (exact day of a week will be known later, probably workshops will take place on Wednesday afternoons)
Where? CSK France Prešeren (Karunova 14), Ljubljana
Mentors: Bojan Cvetrežnik, Barja Drnovšek, guest mentors of Godalkanje
For whom? For all the strings and rhythm sections (bass, guitar, ukulele, accordion,…) who master the repertoire for the 3rd grade of lower music school.
What? At the Godalkanje group workshops, we teach contents that are not yet widely available in our country. We draw mainly from the treasury of violin tunes of different traditions. We learn by listening, following chords, improvising, performing different techniques (‘chops’, jig, swing, different ornaments…). We consolidate the learned repertoire at street performances and in concert halls.
